Return and refund Policy

At Esoteric Circle, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not entirely satisfied with your order, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving it, and we'll do our utmost to resolve any issues promptly. To expedite the resolution process for any concerns about product quality, please provide clear, well-lit photos/videos of the items on a flat surface.

 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment channel (credit card, etc.) for all eligible returns.

 

Cancellation and After-sale

 

As an apparel brand that sells extremely limited-edition outerwear, it goes against our policies to resell worn clothing. In order to be inclusive to people of all sizes, we utilize a made-to-order business model that allows us to forecast future demand for less common clothing sizes. Because of this, once your order has entered production, it cannot be canceled for a full refund. However, you may cancel your order at any time before production begins, and we'll refund you the entire cost. If you would like to cancel your order, please use the link provided in the confirmation email.

 

If you decide to cancel your order after production has started, we regret that we can't offer a full refund due to the costs incurred in manufacturing. However, we'll refund the total shipping cost included in the item's selling price at a discounted rate. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, if you encounter any abnormal quality issues or damage to your shipment, upon receiving your order, and if the item is still available in your size, you may request a replacement. All refunds are typically processed in 2-4 business days.

 

We understand that ordering the wrong size can be frustrating. While we don't offer refunds for instances where the wrong size was ordered, if the correct size is available in stock, we'll gladly exchange your item. Please note that you'll be responsible for the shipping costs for the replacement item.

 

Please monitor your Tracking Information closely, as we cannot offer refunds, replacements, or reshipments if the tracking information indicates any of the following:

- Incorrect/insufficient Address

- Refused Package

- Customs Clearance

- Non-Existing Number

- Unknown Recipient

 

Refund Cases

 

We work with fulfillment partners who have strict quality control standards. Each product will undergo a thorough quality check before being sent for delivery. If any of the following circumstances exist, we offer a full refund:

 

- Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, we'll provide a full refund or a replacement if the item is still available.

- Incorrect or Missing Products

- Product with the wrong color, size, etc.

- Product with a missing component

- Package is missing during delivery.

 In most cases, you won’t need to return the incorrect product to receive a refund.

 

Delayed Orders

 

We will offer a full refund if the order is delayed. It will be counted from the date that the package leaves our fulfillment partner’s warehouse.

- Under normal circumstances: delayed more than 30 days.

- During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.): delayed more than 40 days.

- During unforeseen circumstances (e.g., epidemics, etc.): as per the situation.

 

Please note the following refund policies based on shipping destinations:

 

- For orders shipped to the USA, European countries, New Zealand, Canada, we will refund your order if the total shipping time is more than 30 days.

- For orders shipped to South America, Middle East, India, Africa, we will refund your order if the total shipping time is more than 60 days.

 

How to request a refund for damaged/bad print quality products:

 

To request a refund for damaged or poorly printed products, please email us at Sales@esotericcircle.com. Be sure to include photos or videos of the damaged or low-quality products.

 

Other Non-Refundable Cases

 

Please note that we will not issue refunds in the following cases:

- Refund requests made 14 days after delivery.

- Intentionally ordering multiple sizes of the same design, then attempting to return the sizes that don't fit, is not eligible for a refund.

- Dissatisfaction after wearing the product outdoors/indoors.

- Claims of undelivered orders when tracking information shows 'order delivered.'

- Unclaimed Packages: If a package remains unclaimed, it will be returned to our fulfillment partner or disposed of by the local carrier within 48 hours.
